Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Mike is the consummate sales and marketing executive, leading both the growth of Green Leads and the techniques and practices behind Green Leads' demand generation success. Mike brings over 20 years of senior management experience from a series of high technology and b2b marketing firms. During the past 6 years Mike has developed a new brand of demand gen that leverages both technology, the human asset, and social media. After sharing these ideas with other leading demand gen companies, Mike decided to form Green Leads, where he can complement these practices with a higher sense of quality and accountability to the company, its people, its clients, and its community.
Prior to his focus on marketing services, Mike served as both an entrepreneur and executive. He was CMO of Infoteria, an XML software company. He was founder and CEO of Pangaea Software, an enterprise level software solutions company. He started his career at Modicon as a 19 year-old co-op student. From there he held positions in engineering, sales, marketing, and business development. Over the years, Mike has served on several boards of both commercial and non-profit ventures. Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Merrimack College.
Mike has three daughters and lives in Andover with his wife and business partner, Linda. He can be frequently heard philosophizing about the negative impact of corn on society, why we should all have a laying chicken in our backyard, or what flavor of beer to brew over the weekend.
Client Management, Production and Operations
Best known for her client management and customer service work, Linda has been managing inside sales/lead generation professionals for over 15 years. Linda has adapted the operational techniques and methodologies that allow Green Leads to excel in the area of pay-for- performance demand gen. Linda is responsible for day to day production, operations, and client services. In addition to handling strategic Green Leads accounts, Linda is also responsible for leading our team in exceeding client expectations and meeting corporate business goals.
Linda has 20+ years of sales and client management leadership experience, most recently as Director of Inside Sales at GN/Jabra, one of the top 3 inside sales groups in NH. She was VP of Client Services at By Appointment Only where she and Mike worked together. Prior to BAO, Linda was Client Operations Manager for All Bases Covered, a national network services company. Linda was also Director of Sales Operations for PC Connection, the largest inside sales group in NH, and Director of Customer Operations for Parametric Technology. Linda is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BA in Public Administration and Business.
Linda and Mike are married and live with his girls in Andover. She pores through books all year long. In between working and reading, she humors Mike by listening to his passionate opinions.
