Mike Farrell

Mike has an incredible track record of building companies and growing pipeline and ultimately revenue. Mike has extensive experience selling into B2B and public sector markets, building sales development organizations as well as developing channel partnerships.

Mike has 30+ years of sales, marketing and business leadership experience.  He led the growth of By Appointment Only (BAO) for 15 years as Chief Operating Officer. His style of positive leadership helped BAO establish the pay-for-performance appointment setting category, helping to scale technology and SaaS businesses across North America. Prior to BAO, Mike was SVP of Sales at PC Connection (NASDAQ: CNXN), where he led the transformation to a B2B sales model, doubling revenue to $1.4B in his tenure. At CompuCom Systems (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Office Depot) Mike was VP of Sales of Public Sector after its acquisition of CIC System where he was VP of Sales, Marketing & Professional Services for the national IT solutions provider. Earlier in his career he held numerous sales leadership positions at CIC and Copley Systems where he was the integration specialist folding in the acquisitions of two firms to create the national footprint.He holds a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College.  

He is a member of AA-ISP, past President of the Hopkinton HS Athletic Booster Association, and is on the Board of Bright Spirits Children’s Foundation. He and his wife of 30+ years, Kathleen, live in Massachusetts and have four adult children.

Linda Flanagan

Founder/COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Best known for her operations, client management and customer service work, Linda has been managing sales development and lead generation professionals for over 20 years. Linda has adapted the operational techniques and methodologies that allow Green Leads to excel in performance based and subscription service pipeline generation.

Prior to Green Leads, Linda was Director of Inside Sales at GN/Jabra, one of the top 3 inside sales groups in New Hampshire.  She was VP of Client Services at By Appointment Only where she and Mike worked together to double the SDR team’s size and performance. Prior to BAO, Linda was Client Operations Manager for All Bases Covered, a national network services company. Linda was also Director of Sales Operations for PC Connection, the largest inside sales group in New Hampshire, and Director of Customer Operations for Parametric Technology. Linda is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BA in Public Administration and Business.

Linda and Mike (Damphousse) are married and live in New Hampshire and Florida while cherishing their time with their girls and grandchildren..  Linda pores through books all year long. In between working and reading, she humors Mike by listening to his passionate opinions.

Michael Damphousse

Mike is the consummate sales and marketing executive and had a vision in the mid ‘00s to create the Pipeline Generation category in order to fill the gap between outsourced Sales Development/Lead Generation and the internal teams required for solid Marketing and Sales Operations and building sustainable pipeline activities. During his tenure as CEO/CMO of Green Leads, Mike lead both the growth and the techniques and practices behind the company's growth. In 2011, his vision expanded to include the acquisition of Target 250 in London to expand the Green Leads footprint as the only global player in the market.  Mike is currently the founding partner of Category Design Advisors, where he helps companies create and dominate their category using the discipline of Category Design.

Mike brings over 30 years of senior management experience from a series of high technology and b2b marketing firms. Mike has worked with and ran companies in multiple industries – always with a heavy focus on marketing.  

Mike was CMO of Infoteria (TYO: 3853), an XML software company where he helped position them to go public on the Tokyo stock exchange. He was founder and CEO of Pangaea Software, where he and Play Bigger co-author Dave Peterson worked to establish the Product Configurator category. He started his career at Modicon as a 19 year-old co-op student. From there he held positions in engineering, sales and marketing. As VP of Strategic Development, Mike participated globally in the acquisition of Modicon by Square D and was a key contributor to one of the first IOT devices – the first IOT device in industrial automation with native ethernet built in. Over the years, Mike has served on several boards of both commercial and non-profit ventures. Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Merrimack College.

Mike enjoys his three daughters, several grand kids and lives in New Hampshire and Florida with his wife and business partner, Linda.  He can be frequently heard philosophizing about the negative impact of corn on society, why we should all have chickens in our backyard, or what flavor of beer to brew over the weekend.
