Green Leads, a leading B2B Pipeline Generation company, is looking for experienced B2B Business Development Reps and Sales Development Reps (BDRs / SDRs). If you have worked in a business development capacity within the technology space, and you are goal oriented, driven to deliver the best client experience possible, motivated to generate high income, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home, you’re the perfect candidate. 

When you join Green Leads, you will get the support and training needed to be successful.  We have an experienced staff, and proven track record of generating appointments (SQLs) and leads (ICPs, MQLs & HQLs) for over 12 years.

This is not an easy job.  When producing SQLs, it takes a several hundred sales actions per day – such as dials, emails, and social touches – to compel a prospect into becoming interested and accept an appointment with one of our client sales executives.

Available Positions

Sales Development Reps (SDRs) or Business Development Reps (BDRs)

Boston MA | Dublin, Ireland | Remote (for experienced staff) anywhere is US or Ireland

  • Outbound efforts on behalf of our clients including: prospect research, email or teleprospecting outreach, qualifying prospects, event invitation, appointment setting, etc.
  • Educate and qualify prospects that meet our client’s ideal customer profile to create sales-ready leads.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communications ability.
  • Ability to handle and the responsibility to deliver in a fast paced environment.
